(Safe by Design)
- 电子邮件:发送至 csae@reelimls.pro(专用 CSAE 举报邮箱,7×24 小时受理)。

Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 15, 2026
Namu IM ("we", "our", or "the App") maintains a zero-tolerance position against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This page publicly publishes the child safety standards we follow, our enforcement mechanisms, and our reporting channels, in fulfillment of Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy disclosure requirements for social and communication apps.
1. Prohibited Content Statement
The App strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any conduct involving sexual exploitation, grooming, or sextortion of minors. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive images, videos, audio, or text depicting minors.
- Sexually grooming, soliciting, requesting, or exchanging sexual content with minors.
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting links or metadata to such content.
- Organizing, promoting, or facilitating sexual trade, sex tourism, or trafficking involving minors.
Violators will be permanently banned, and related artifacts preserved for law-enforcement investigation.
2. Age Requirement
The App is available to users 13 years of age and older. Users below the minimum age may not register or use the App. Registering with falsified age information violates our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to request age verification or to restrict/remove an account where we reasonably suspect a user is below the minimum age.
3. Safe by Design
- Private by default: New accounts only accept direct messages from mutually added contacts; strangers cannot directly initiate contact.
- No public profile discovery: Users cannot be looked up by arbitrary strangers through loose criteria; adding a friend requires two-sided confirmation.
- Sensitive-content filtering: Images, videos, and text are automatically scanned; content matching suspected CSAM signals is blocked from upload/send and flagged for human review.
- No third-party advertising/analytics SDKs: Minors' data is not subject to cross-app tracking.
- Encrypted transport: All client–server traffic uses HTTPS/WSS, preventing interception.
- Block & report: Users may block any account at any time, after which the blocked party can no longer initiate any form of contact.
- Disappearing messages: Self-destruct / time-limited messages reduce long-term storage of sensitive content.
4. User Reporting Mechanism
Users may report suspected CSAE accounts, messages, or groups through any of the following:
- In-app reporting: Long-press a message or open a user/group profile → "Report", selecting category "Minor safety / CSAE". Each account may file up to 10 reports per day.
- Email: csae@reelimls.pro (dedicated CSAE channel, monitored 24/7).
- Imminent danger: If physical safety is at imminent risk, also contact local law enforcement.
5. Enforcement & Law-Enforcement Cooperation
- All CSAE reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team within 24 hours; urgent/high-risk incidents target a 2-hour response.
- Confirmed violators are permanently banned and device-fingerprint blocked; relevant content, IP, and login metadata are retained for at least 90 days for law-enforcement use.
- Suspected CSAM is reported to the competent authority under applicable jurisdiction (e.g., NCMEC CyberTipline in the U.S., equivalent bodies elsewhere).
- We cooperate with Google, Apple, and industry anti-CSAE initiatives, and respond to valid legal process and preservation orders.
6. Team, Resourcing & Training
- A dedicated Trust & Safety lead is accountable for CSAE prevention end-to-end.
- Reviewers receive specialized training on CSAM recognition and handling, refreshed against current law and industry practice.
- Ongoing investment in automated moderation (hash matching, visual/text classifiers), continuously evaluated and upgraded.
7. Public Commitment
- These Child Safety Standards are reviewed at minimum annually and updated promptly when policy, process, or technical capability materially changes.
- User-facing policy updates are published on this page and announced via in-app notifications to active users.
- Abuse of the reporting channel (e.g., bad-faith reports) is itself subject to enforcement.
